If I could leave a zero I would. I rented with them for 4 years. I spent hours making sure the house was in good condition when I left. They refused to give me back my deposit. They charged me for ongoing issues and things that were there when I moved in. Also, saying they had to break in when they were given keys. There were several other issues I won't go into detail about. They also did not give return calls until I complained. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I was given warning prior; I should have listened.

Teresa is rude and very disrespectful. She was very confrontational and she called me private to argue and hung up in my face. She denied me off of a biased bs reason. My credit score is good, rental history is great. The only issue I have ever had was renting with them. The first go round, that didn't want to fix the gas tank which hindered the gas company from filling it. The roof was leaking and she didn't think it was an issue and when I started the process to move she made a big deal about it when all they had to do was keep up their end of the contract. And also they have a tendency to bait and switch. The places are cheap though.
