I had a great experience at Dominos on freeway drive! Aaron was kind, efficient and inviting. I will be coming back because of my experience with Aaron.
Store was nice and neat. Staff were very friendly, food was made to order. There were plenty of people behind the counter but it took a little long for someone to ask about my online order.
Horrible customer service. I stood there with my kids for at least 5 minutes before a lady came to the register and said "do you need to place an order?". There were 5 people behind the counter and not 1 made eye contact with me or acknowledged my presence. Also when i went to pay she said they could not take a 100 dollar bill...if this is the case it need to be posted and not wait forever to acknowledge me and then not take my form of payment. Will not be ordering from this location ever again. I figured since its a new place they would be above and beyond for good ratings but they need serious customer service training.
I ordered garlic bread twists and they were very burnt. Crust not good. Too much butter. Greasy. An hour wait. Not enough sauce on pizza. And very unsatisfied. The only reason I gave stars was because of the service. Very nice people.
We ordered 4 medium pizza's, a sandwich and cheesy bread. They forgot a pizza and the other 3 plus the cheesy bread was overcooked. This store is horrible even tho it is a new store. I will never go to this store again. Eden may have an older store but they make better pizza.
