I went in to purchase a mattress set which I paid cash for on 15th of March. It was supposed to be delivered on Sat the 18th which the floor showcase mattress set was the one they sent. I purchased and paid for new mattress that is what I was accepting. So I called Virginia she said send them back and allow a week for a new shipment. So I go Friday 24th. Yes, we will have your mattresses as well as to have them delivered to you on Sat. Here come Sat and Virginia calls around 1:00 to say no mattress set. But we will sent you a set that is a little over $650. The cost of the mattress wasn't my issue or concern it was that no professionalism was shown.. Why not call to inform the customer of any issues or delay. I would have just came in and picked something else. Guess what it is now Sunday morning and still no mattress set. I will be at affordable furniture Monday morning for a refund. Just bad business. Never again
