I really enjoy going to Belks even more now since they have a Clinique Counter. That's where I met Cynthia, she is the greatest!!!! I really mean that she has been so great to me in so many ways. She helps me pick out what's the best product or color I should use and tells me and shows me the correct way of putting it on. She really goes in detail about all of her products. She really knows her products. I love seeing her and when leaving she always makes me feel so much better about myself. Can't wait to go back this week. Always learning something new. Thanks Cynthia for all you do!!!!!!
Small store packed with great stuff and nice staff.
Very nice and clean store. It was a good decision for them to close off the store from the disaster.
Some employees aren't very helpful, could be because it was toward closing, but it happens a lot.. Otherwise, a nice store,clean and looks nice.love to shop there.
Had a lot of excellent service. The buy one get one free offer was misleading because it only was on tops and not slacks.
