I was on hold for over an hour this morning. But only 12 minutes at a time because that's when the machine ends the call. Just had a few questions about my rental for next week still have not talked with anyone. They need more help I guess. Tried again just now twice and was on hold 24 more minutes still haven't talked to anyone. This is joke if everybody in Reidsville rented a car today they still wouldn't be that many calls

When you call you're on hold so long that the answering machine says no one is available try back and hangs up on you. The lady that answered after I tried a different ext was supposed to send me to a representative and sent me to the ratings automated system! Pissed off customer
