I got a car from Reidsville Nissan. THe motor went out in a few. Months they would not honor their contract. nor would they fix the. car months. later. they contact me to get another car but when I need a car they said no and would not work with me on another car
They sold me a Lemon I highly recommend you do not use this dealership!! They told me they were going to help the situation but all they did was make it worse!! They tried to so call give me a deal and make it right buy me loosing $13,000 on a truck I just bought!! Then when I told them I was gonna just get the truck fixed I found out by the mechanic that they didn’t even know the truck was mine and was told to fix the bare minimum! So because of that my other injectors went out in the truck and I’m now being charged double the amount for labor when I could have told them to fix them all!! Point being they were gonna take this broken truck that needs so much work on glo plugs and the turbo and a few other things that cost thousands of dollars to only fix the bare minimum to get it working so they could sell it to someone else!! I highly recommend you use another dealership!!
Wasn't my personal experience but have seen how bad this has been on my mother! Horrible!! I have personally bought a car before and have never dealt with anything like this. Just as an example we have 3 phones in this house that have been ringing for over an hour now trying to get these guys on the phone and absolutely nothing! Their hours are until 9pm tonight and still no answer, how are you running a business that will not answer the phone?! 3 phones at that! It's Monday and not a Holiday how is there no one answering the phone? But yet if you drive into the lot just like any car lot there will be a salesman on you in a hop skip and a jump! Apparently you all are not in the business of trying to help your customers!
I drove 45 min for a 5 min service appointment. Literally I just needed a new rear view mirror because the bracket was damaged. I can probably pop it on myself. Their computer is down and they have 2 oil changes so I have to come back next week. Really ...if you cant work around your system to take care of customer that you should have been prepared for I don't even know what to say. Obviously this dealership has a quarter of the customer service skills and basic office skills that Kyle and Will provide in High Point. I would suggest anywhere but here.
